According to her, "it is unthinkable that in today's reality, Georgian Dream will win in Tbilisi."

Without new parliamentary elections, the country will remain under illegitimate authorities, which is why our demand is going nowhere. Our position is to use the local elections and liberate Tbilisi. The liberation of the capital of Georgia from Russia will be the beginning of the victory of the Georgian people,” he said.

Regarding the second summoning of representatives of the opposition spectrum to the investigative commission, Samadashvili said that the commission was created in violation of the Constitution and the rules of procedure of the Parliament, and therefore it has no legitimacy.

“The public knows very well that this investigative commission was created in violation of the Constitution and the rules of procedure of the Parliament. That is why this commission has no legitimacy. It is an instrument of political persecution. On the other hand, we see very well that this is an instrument created on the instructions of Russia. I think, among other things, the second summoning of Mamuka Khazaradze is connected with the goal of disconnecting him from political processes. This government is very quickly trying to clear the internal political field for Russia. Our position is clear, we know what it was created for and we do not cooperate with this commission. Georgian Dream is trying to drag out this process in order to cause a split in the opposition spectrum. Our struggle must continue with a united front, no threats can scare us," he said.

According to Samadashvili, the Georgian government is run from the Kremlin.

"My great-grandfather was shot in the 1930s on charges of espionage. How could he prove that he was not a spy for a foreign country? This is complete absurdity. What is happening today is the descendants of the Stalinist "troikas" who have the task of finally cleaning up the valley for Russia and strengthening its positions. Their task is to make Georgia lose all prospects for the European Union. These steps are being taken deliberately. That is why we say that we must unite the opposition political parties. Bidzina Ivanishvili is afraid of this unity.

What Ivanishvili doesn't understand is that political parties are not a problem for Russia, the problem is that 80% or more of Georgian citizens choose a European future. They consider Russia a serious threat. This data has not been changed by the unbridled anti-Western propaganda that this government is carrying out at the behest of Russia. I would like to address Tea Tsulukiani, summon Bidzina Ivanishvili to the investigative commission, summon Irakli Kobakhidze and ask them why they are deliberately isolating Georgia,” he said.

Regarding the statement by the Speaker of the Georgian Parliament, Shalva Papuashvili, that the Georgian government will not be able to take responsibility if the European Union cancels Georgia’s visa-free travel, since there is no real basis for this, Samadashvili said that Papuashvili and his team are carrying out Russia’s instructions, because Russia is very annoyed by Georgia’s visa-free travel.

“We heard Poland’s statement that the question is whether autocratic regimes should have visa-free travel. Papuashvili and his team are not only autocratic, but also a bloody, law-breaking, anti-state, Russian-serving regime. They are carrying out Russia’s instructions. They are doing it because Russia is very annoyed by Georgia's visa-free travel. We worked hard to get visa-free travel," he said.

Samadashvili also spoke about the liquidation of the National Security Council and noted that it had been abolished in terms of content for a long time and existed only formally.
