Bidzina Ivanishvili is already in a dispute with a third Swiss bank. Wherever he may file a complaint, especially in the Swiss courts, he has zero chances, as the bank is fulfilling the requirements of the sanctions, said opposition politician Roman Gotsiridze on "PalitraNews" program "Political Space," commenting on Bidzina Ivanishvili's legal battle with the Swiss bank Julius Baer.

According to Roman Gotsiridze, the Swiss bank is complying with the sanctions' requirements, although Bidzina Ivanishvili's or the "Qartu Foundation's" name is not yet included in the sanctions, as they are giving him a chance to "come to his senses."

"It’s enough for one word – Uta Ivanishvili – to appear in the U.S. sanctions, and the entire financial system of Bidzina Ivanishvili will collapse. This is the only person who is the founder of the 'Kartlu Foundation,' and the 'Cartu Foundation' is the founder of everything, whether in offshore territories or here in Georgia, including 'Cartu Bank.

It’s enough for one word to appear in the U.S. sanctions, and Ivanishvili’s financial-economic world will collapse, but they are not doing that for one reason: there is still hope that Bidzina Ivanishvili will come to his senses.

Leaving Uta aside, if the 'Kartlu Foundation' gets added to the U.S. sanctions, everything will be over. So, Bidzina Ivanishvili has terrible days ahead of him, and he is already aware of that. If he is aware, then he must give up on usurping power, call elections, and give the country a chance for normal development; otherwise, dark days are ahead," said Roman Gotsiridze.

It is worth reminding that Bidzina Ivanishvili, the honorary chairman of the Georgian Dream party, plans to initiate a legal dispute against the Swiss bank Julius Baer.

According to a statement released by lawyer Lasha Kalandadze, the subject of the legal dispute is the fulfillment of obligations imposed by the bank and the demand for compensation for damages.

Additionally, the information states that Julius Baer is engaged in political blackmail, as "they have subjected their bank accounts to so-called American sanctions, and Julius Baer is, in one form or another, involved in political blackmail."
