The shelling of a kindergarten in Stanytsia Luhanska by pro-Russian forces is a big provocation, writes Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Twitter.

"It's important that diplomats & the OSCE remain in Ukraine, their monitoring activities are an additional deterrent. We need an effective mechanism for recording all ceasefire violations," - Zelensky wrote.

For the record, the Russian occupation forces opened artillery fire in the settlement of Stanytsia Luhanska in the Luhansk region. According to reports, the shells also hit the kindergarten.
