Salome Samadashvili: Kobakhidze directly said that if Badri Japaridze had apologized to Ivanishvili, the mandate of the Member of Parliament would not have been terminated - the country is governed by the mentality of a criminal syndicate

The statement made by Irakli Kobakhidze was not a statement by the chairman of the democratic party, but by a representative of the criminal syndicate, - MP Salome Samadashvili told journalists.

According to Samadashvili, Kobakhidze confirmed that a punitive operation was carried out against Badri Japaridze.

"Irakli Kobakhidze directly stated that the termination of the parliamentary mandate for Badri Japaridze has nothing to do with either the constitutional order or the rule of law.

He directly said that if Badri Japaridze had apologized to Bidzina Ivanishvili, his mandate as a member of parliament would not have been terminated. Kobakhidze's statement that Badri Japaridze should have admitted his guilt means exactly that. The reality is that the country is governed by the mentality of a criminal syndicate. Kobakhidze, who claims to be a constitutionalist, actually thinks and acts with criminal logic. We are convinced once again that there is no rule of law in the country, the foundations of the constitution are loosened in the country under the informal rule established by Bidzina Ivanishvili in the state," Salome Samadashvili said.
