Davit Kirkitadze's trial to be held in Rustavi court today

The trial of MP Davit Kirkitadze, a member of the United National Movement, will be held in Rustavi court today at 12:00. The MP spreads the information on the social network.

The Prosecutor's Office of Georgia has launched criminal prosecution against persons involved in the confrontation in front of the United National Movement office in Rustavi, including MP Davit Kirkitadze. According to the information spread by the agency, the Prosecutor's Office will apply to the court with a motion to use bail as a measure of restraint for Davit Kirkitadze.

Davit Kirkitadze was charged under Article 126, Part 1, Subparagraph G of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which stipulates violence that caused physical pain to the victim.
